• Deluxe Room: room “padronale” very big with ensuite bathroom and balcony with view on the countryside and Mount Erice. Located inside the main building, furnished with style.
• Studio/One bedroom apartment  for 2 people: small apartment  on the ground floor, overlooks the central courtyard and  has access  to the back garden , with a bedroom, cooking corner and private bathroom.
• One bedroom apartment  for 4  people: One bedroom apartment with a big  bedroom, a living/kitchen room with sofa bed, private bathroom, overlooks the central courtyard and  has access  to the back garden.

• bedlinen-towels (change every 3 days);
• independent entrance h24;
• equipment rooms: tv , independent air conditioning;
• internet wifi in camera e negli ambienti comuni;
• all consumptions;
• entrance and use of the central couryard , garden, olive trees
• car/scooter internal private parking.

Services on demand

• partner carhire;
• partner transfer service  from/to airport/tourist places;
• cot for children: 10,00 € per night (50,00 € per week);
• third bed for adult in room or partment: 15,00 € per night (90,00 € per week).

General conditions

• check-in: from 01.00 (p.m.);
• check-out: within   10.00 (a.m.);
• in some periods it is required a  Minimun Stay.
• During peak season is required a 3 nights minimum stay
• Easter time (from Holy Friday to  Easter Monday ) is considered High season.

Discounts and concessions

• children under 3 years old: free stay (sleeping in parents' bed);
• children between 4 and  10 years old: 10,00 € per day;
• long stays.  posible reductions and disconuts  for minimum 10 day stays.

Payment conditions and cancellation policy

• to confirm direct reservations (by phone and e-mail) with full rate it is required a deposit (of  30% on the total amount), to be paid by  bank transfer or credit card – IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE 48 HOURS FROM CHECK IN, THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID IS REFUNDED, viceversa the deposit won't be refunded
• PEAK SEASON: in case of cancellation to receive a full refund  of the deposit paid, IT IS NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE IT BEFORE 10 DAYS FROM THE CHECK IN DATE. On the contrary the deposit won't be refunded.
• For last-minute reservations (2 days before) it is possible to confirm without paying any deposit;
• on arrival tha balance can be paid by cash or credit card.
